What products do you use?

  • We make it simple you can provide us the products you would like us to use or we can use our own.

What are the payment methods?

 

  • We receive payments of cash, check, money order or traveler checks.

What is your policy for cancellations?

 

  • All we ask is at least 24 hour notice, if notice is not provided this may result in fees.

Do I get a discount for referring someone ?

   
Yes, Absolutely !

  • We reward every customer for referrals.
  • You get a $20 credit for sending a new customer after they accumulated $200 of service with us.
  • Also if you are not a customer then we will send you $20 check for your referral.

Do I have to be home when the team comes?

  • Most of our customers are not. For security, only the professionals who clean your home have access to the keys. For added security, keys are coded individually and cross-referenced separately. Hiding a key or obtaining a lock box to hang on your door on the day your cleaning can provide access to us also.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the service?

  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our service. Call our office within 24 hours of your cleaning and  we will address your concerns.

What do I do with my pets while you clean?

  • ​Generally, you may leave them free in the home if that's what you normally do. We are proud to offer cleaning services that are pet friendly.

What areas does MK Cleaning Solutions services?

  • ​We currently provide our services in most of the North, West, and South Suburbs of  Chicago.
